I am a professor of Human Resource Management at Assiut University.
Currently I am acting as the Dean of the Faculty of International Business and Humanities (FIBH) at Egypt- Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST).

I joined E-JUST in 12th of Feb., 2017. I have been graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Assiut University in June 1976. May major is Business Administration . I have been awarded the MSc in Business Administration in Dec., 1982 and the PhD.
in Business Administration (HRM) in 1990. I completed my PhD. research work at Assiut University, Egypt and the University of Georgia in Athens, GA, USA. I have been promoted as an associate professor of Business Administration in Jan., 1996 and as a professor of HRM in 2001.
