          NEW YORK, July 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greenhill & Co., Inc. , a leading independent investment bank, announced today that Kevin A. Bousquette has joined the Firm as a Managing Director based in New York.

          Mr. Bousquette, an experienced private equity investor, will join Greenhill Capital Partners, the Firm's primary merchant banking business.

          Mr. Bousquette, 49, worked for seven years as an investment professional at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.

          ("KKR") and served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Duracell International, Beatrice Company, and ConAgra Foods during his tenure at KKR. Subsequent to leaving KKR, Mr. Bousquette served as the Chief Financial Officer and subsequently the Chief Operating Officer of Sotheby's Holdings, Inc.
